This Thursday, the 21st is the Dean Karnazes movie www.50marathons.com We are meeting at E&O Trading Company at Sutter and Grant at 6:00 for a reception and a short run to the theater.
The SF marathon is this weekend. Expect a race report in episode II. http://www.runsfm.com/home.html I'll be at the expo on Friday to pick up my packet and on Saturday to attend lectures. Dean speaks at 2:00. I will be there. You are welcome to join me.
