Running Stupid: And so it begins!

Welcome to the show notes for Running Stupid!  The notes will be updated once the show is actually online.  For now, remember this Thursday, the 21st is the Dean Karnazes 50 movie.  I am organizing a group of people to run to the theater.  We are meeting at E&O Trading Company at 6:00 for cocktails and leaving at 6:45 for the theater.  We have a couple non-runners with us, so the pace will be easy.  If you're thinking about joining us, you should!
