This Thursday, the 21st is the Dean Karnazes movie www.50marathons.com We are meeting at E&O Trading Company at Sutter and Grant at 6:00 for a reception and a short run to the theater.
The SF marathon is this weekend. Expect a race report in episode II. http://www.runsfm.com/home.html I'll be at the expo on Friday...

Welcome to the show notes for Running Stupid! The notes will be updated once the show is actually online. For now, remember this Thursday, the 21st is the Dean Karnazes 50 movie. I am organizing a group of people to run to the theater. We are meeting at E&O Trading Company at 6:00 for cocktails and leaving at 6:45...
